Cat trees

Setting up your new cat tree

1. Unbox carefully — lay all parts on a flat surface and check the included hardware kit
2. Tighten in stages — finger-tight first, then a final pass with the included tool
3. Test stability before letting your cat near it — give the top platform a firm wobble; if it sways, retighten
4. Place strategically — near a window with a view, or in a busy room where your cat can observe
5. Encourage use — sprinkle a little catnip on the platforms for the first few days

Caring for sisal & seagrass

• Vacuum lightly every 1-2 weeks with a brush attachment
• Spot-clean spills with a damp cloth and mild soap; never soak
• Sisal will fray with use — that's normal and what cats want

Litter boxes

Transitioning to a hidden litter cabinet

1. Place the new cabinet next to the old box for 2-3 days
2. Move the old litter (familiar scent) into the new cabinet
3. Slowly relocate the cabinet to its final position over a week

Strollers

Acclimating your pet to a stroller

1. Indoor first — leave it open in your home with a treat inside for a few days
2. Short trips — start with 5-10 minutes around the block
3. Build slowly — increase to 30-60 min over 1-2 weeks
4. Always secure — use the safety leash clip every time

Dog pools

First-time use

• Set up on flat ground, away from sharp objects
• Add 10-15 cm of water to start — most dogs prefer shallow at first
• Drain after each use; air-dry before folding for storage
• Check for punctures before refilling
