Where we ship

We currently ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

Delivery times

All orders ship from our EU warehouse. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: 2–4 business days
• France, Italy, Spain, Poland: 3–6 business days
• UK, Nordics, other EU: 4–7 business days

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over €40. For orders under €40, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Important notes

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
• We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders
• For large items (cat trees, strollers), please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
